Lets go back in time to sweater coats over the shoulder held by lovely clips.  This is indeed a lovely sweater clip in seafoam blue with gold tips and pale blue rhinestones.  The sea shells are one and a half inch in diameter and hold three original pale blue rhinestones.  They attach to a clear beaded 6″ chain, charming indeed!
